[2020] Help resetting total skills

Hey, I started a server with a few friends and decided to give us all an extra skill point at the start so we had stuff to do. I used /skills givepointsto and it gave them 10 points, so about half of the first skill. I used /skills givepointsme on myself and it ended up giving me around 5000 points which got me up to level 13.

I've tried everything to reset my stars back down to 1 but nothing is working, is there a command I'm missing? I've tried to look around but can't find updated commands lists or any youtube videos about the subject. Thanks if anyone is able to help!
