Is there a way to "pick up" water? Like if I wanted to make a little pool on my property can I pick up water and move it there?

External link →Not yet. It is supposed to be in the works but there is not currently a way to move water outside of using pumps & pipes, but those aren't permanent water.
Water physics are planned, but a way to manually transfer water to my knowledge is not. None of both are currently worked on, as those are low priority things.
