Third party tools that can be used to manipulate the game in a way that is considered cheating is prohibited by the ToS and can get your account banned, a legit driver is none of such.
We do use anti-cheat detections, but a selfmade solution - I can't give you any more information on that. As long as it's not a software that can be used for cheating, it's not a ToS violation.
