[2021] Question about EcoSim.eco file location

Everywhere I've looked has said to edit the EcoSim.eco file if you need to make changes to your existing server config. I'm alone on my own local server, so I'm trying to tweak some values (like with farming) to make things more playable. I've see that the file is supposed to be located here:
\Steam\steamapps\common\Eco\Eco_Data\Server\Configs

But it is not. There are six files (Difficulty.eco, Disasters.eco, Network.eco, Users.eco, Voice.eco and WorldGenerator.eco). The EcoSim.eco file does not exist anywhere in the file tree for the game. Soooo... Any ideas?
