[2023] Campfire Cooking Level 3 bonus question

At the moment yes outdoors counts as being alone and you can just use the double work speed without issues. All perks will get reworked and be more unique per each profession in a future update. (this goes for things like the bloomery, blast furnace, oil refinery as well)
