[2024] Achievements broken, completely reset 10 years worth of progress

Hi folks, we have something for you to try to help resolve the issue.

1. We would like to see if /reloadui helps to clear up the issue.
2. If you are using addons, please clear disable all addons
(100% of them, please) and then do a re/reloadui after disabling the addons.

Let us know if you see any change after the reload.
