[2021] what is the "1"? (ability timer)

howdy folks,

when i use an ability that has a time duration it will show on my bar in seconds. awesome. but a strange number 1 also appears in the top right corner. anyone knows what does that 1 mean?

As entertaining as it is to watch everyone try and solve this mystery, this is something that simply hasn't been fully implemented yet so you can ignore it for now!
