I have been having a tough time trying to get leads to drop, and it seems like the UI is either messed up, or broken. I just got a chance to look at the in game menu for what I am missing, and it's telling me I either have the leads dug up, don't have them, or don't have the codex. Below are a few images. This is also preventing me from picking up leads in game I still need.
(Leads shown as collected and others not collected when neither are correct)
(Lead shown was already dug up, shows I need to scry for it when I need to complete the mythic first, opposed to the music box leads, where it shows them collected without the red text)
It might just pertain to just the music box at this point, but I'm unsure of whether other mythic/furnishings are bugged as well. I have been having a very hard time getting leads from a few places where the leads would have usually dropped by now.
