Basically as the title says. When you leave combat you are losing all the bow stacks (in PvP zones). Scanned through patchnote and its not there, so I suppose silent change or a bug?
Thanks for flagging this. I missed the patch note. This is working as intended and resolved a previous bug allowing the stacks to carry over. We have updated the patch note according.
