@ClashNine Hey there, PlayStation 4 Trophies will still be visible on PlayStation 5, but new trophies earned on that console will count towards a separate Trophy set that is specific to PS5 gameplay.

@OG_BongRips Xbox is unaffected by this issue and you should receive the upgrade through a prompt when launching the game, or automatically depending on your settings.
