Workaround for Rarely Occurring Crown Crate Screen Crash - Consoles

Hi all, we’re following up on some reports regarding Xbox and PlayStation players encountering a rarely occurring crash when interacting with the Crown Crate screen. We are working on investigating a solution to this issue. However, we do currently have workarounds for both Xbox and PlayStation players. • Power Cycle Your Xbox
• Clear Save Data
• Uninstall and Reinstall the Game

• After you clear your save data, do not enable the "1080p Enhanced" setting. We have found this can result in the crash reoccurring.
