Audio issues with crown store mount? Winter Garland Dapple Gray no longer jingles merrily....

Wondering if anyone that has this mount can advise if the jingle sound is still working or not for them. Mine is silent this year except for hoofbeat sounds no matter what audio setting is applied or how loud the volume is set. Thanks in advance for checking!
