Fix For Zoning Disconnects and 334 Errors- June 15, 2024

Hi everyone. We are currently working on a fix for the server disconnect while zoning issues and 334 errors players are currently experiencing. We have identified the issue, a fix for the issue, and are now in the process of some restarting some game servers on our side. While this will not be a full outage for players, some may encounter being kicked from the server while we are restarting things. We'll provide an update once we are done with the server restarts. Thanks all.

Hi everyone. We have completed server restarts, so players should no longer have disconnects due to the restarts. We will continue to monitor zoning disconnects and 334 errors over the weekend and into Monday. Thanks for your continued patience on this issue.

Hi all! We are aware that 334 errors are continuing for some players on PC NA. These errors are due to some server processes getting into a bad state. We are continuing to monitor, and are resetting these processes when we see the bad state occur to keep impact to a minimum. Thank you all for your continued patience.
