[2022] Unable to complete "Secrets of the Lost City" (Alik'r Public Dungeon)

Hello,

After receiving the quest from Paldeen and leading him out of his cell to the Yokudan Tablet, nothing happens.
Paldeen should walk to the Yokudan Tablet and investigate it, but he doesn't want to and stands a few paces away from it.
Thus my quest-objective is a never-ending "Find the Yokudan Tablet", even while I'm standing quite literally next to it.

I tried solving this issue by reloading into the dungeon and re-logging into my character. So far, nothing has worked.

Then I tried "restarting" the quest by quitting the quest and accepting it again, while still being in the dungeon. The following happened...:

[*] Paldeen disappears, and suddenly comes running on his own out of his cell, all the way to the Yokudan Tablet, standing beside it.
[*] I have the option to accept his quest, which I do.
[*] Paldeen has his whole dialogue about the Tablet (something he didn't do before).
[*] My quest-objective now says I have to "Wait for Paldeen" - but Paldeen doesn't do anything.
[*] I am able to interact with Paldeen, but no new dialogue option appears to proceed the quest.
