PTS Patch Notes v10.1.3

Welcome to The Elder Scrolls Online v10.1.3. In this update, you’ll see fixes and improvements applied to Gold Road, Shadow of the Hist, and Base Game content. More Home Tour improvements are available in this update, specifically with Home Tour Tags. We’ve made several class and world skill line adjustments, as well as some item set changes. Additionally, there are improvements to the Lord Hollowjack encounter in Witches Festival. There are more fixes and improvements noted below in the patch notes.
