Slayer of Death itself achievement- how?

Hi folks, first thank you for flagging this issue. We took this thread to the team earlier this week to investigate. We did discover there is an issue with Worm Cult Reapers not spawning in some instances, reducing the intended volume you should be encountering. We have a bug and a fix for this slated for Update 46, since this could not be hotfixed.
