If the game is down outside scheduled maintenance, then subscribers (people who pay money for a service) should be compensated for that downtime.

Hi all, we are closing this thread down for now. We know the outage is frustrating, however, the first thing we need to focus on as a team is getting things back online without issue. Once servers are back online and people can play again, we will evaluate the impact and next steps.
