The last few days have been difficult for both people who play ESO and the people at ZOS who work hard to make the gaming experience great for everyone.

I just want to say that I am so impressed at how resilient the ESO community has been with the issues that appeared with the latest patch and new DLC dungeons. Although people love new content (we really do!), they don't love the bugs that come with such cool expansions. I am sure people at ZOS try their best to limit bugs from occurring, and a lot of testing and re-testing is done before things are released onto the main servers, but thanks to Murphy's Law issues will happen regardless of how much we attempt to limit them. That's just the nature of life :/

Again, reiterating how how impressed I am at how the community got together and formed groups for public dungeons in the cities that contained the Undaunted Enclaves and how patient my guilds were with me when I had longer than average loading screen time.

When I found random people to queue into a dungeon with, I found the quality of the dungeons were better than usual because these were the players who were trying to get their daily reward and transmute crystals for the dungeon. I even got to help a friend duo the new dungeons (with Mirri and later another friend) and was skeptical we could do it by ourselves, but when asked to help, I had to try because my friend wanted the new ascending tide gear for his tank build (really cool set by the way!).

Instead of negativity and frustration while doing events with my guild, everyone was understanding and chill about waiting a few extra minutes, people laughed about it and we just waited for people to finish loading and went on with the guild events as if no biggie.

Of course, if these issues continued it would become tiresome, and hence why the game is getting more maintenance done to it at the this very hour to correct the issues that have been affecting everyone on all levels. I know that the ESO community is resilient and will continue to play and support ESO and ZOS while the issues are being corrected. That's just how amazing the ESO community is IMHO. The amount of toxicity in this game is far lower than any game I've ever played or anywhere I've experienced a social setting of where humans come together and "share their thoughts."

In the last few days, it has been hard on everyone, especially people who can only play ESO for a few moments out of their day.

Could we maybe get a few days extension on the Explorer's Event for those who missed out due to technical issues?

Hey All, have an update on Explorer's Celebration:

Due to the server issues, we have decided not to extend Explorer's Celebration. We want events to be a fun experience where ESO is running as intended. We will be discussing potential options to make up for Explorer's Celebration, once the current issues are resolved.
