[2023] PlayStation Patch Notes v2.46/1.28

The Elder Scrolls Online v2.46 (PS4) / v1.28 (PS5) fixes the issue where you could occasionally not loot enemies or perform other similar actions after killing a target, along with fixes for a couple Arcanist abilities, Necrom quests and content, issues surrounding attunable crafting stations, and more.
