Access Code Issues (Can't login)

Anyone having trouble accessing the game on PC (Not Steam) due to access codes not being received? Wondering if there's an activation system issue. I have a few PC accounts and am unable to get the emails for the access codes on any account. I know the emails work, are correct and can access my account via the web. The emails aren't being sent to spam or being blocked.
