@Mehilyk @JakeStormoen There will be a new, upgraded version for PS5 and Xbox Series X. However, we are also working to make Xbox One and PS4 versions backwards compatible. Hope that clears things up!
@davemc @Nyaacinth @CaptainDumac
@CCCP2055 Everything tied to, or purchased on, your account will transfer over.
@Mobumak04 Nope, digital and physical copies count! You're all set π
@LookoutLukeT @JakeStormoen Correct
@Mobumak04 It sounds like you'll be able to continue playing as usual. Are you planning on purchasing an Xbox Series X?
@KJNxoARW If you own a physical copy you will also get the upgrade.
@JasonRocco77 @thejoaolobo @Mystery13x Some items were unfortunately hardcoded to be gendered. Others don't work well on the different models for different races and genders. That being said, we are trying to make more adornments and hairstyles available regardless of character type.
@Traywils @Mystery13x If you want to play it through Steam you will have to purchase it on Steam, correct.
@G_e_m_B_O We have no plans for this at this time.
@Mobumak04 What platform do you currently play on?
@Traywils Can you clarify the question? You can use the same User ID on ESO and Steam so you don't lose any progress or characters.
@BlopKitsune What's the ticket number?
@Traywils Steam players can continue playing as usual and won't be affected by the release of next-gen consoles.
@Marvin_b2 We also plan to support backward compatibility so that when the Xbox Series X and PlayStation5 launches, if you are a PS4 or Xbox One player, you can continue playing with your same accounts via backward compatibility on your respective next-gen consoles without interruption.

#ESO is coming to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Players who own a copy on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be able to upgrade for free to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions when they are available.

@AesmaTV We'll also have an article out today with all the details π stay tuned!
