We were aware of it as soon as we released the latest version. Working to resolve it for the next  

This is a known bug, so I have just moved the thread to bugs. We are currently working on a fix.

This is not something we have in Elvenar @Evefeist as we try to let our players pick and choose how they wish to set up their cities, not least with Guest Races.

Hi @geordianna we've been made aware of a few issues on the App that SHOULD be able to be resolved with an update! Head over to the Play Store as there should be one waiting

The Toggle Atmospherics will stop the snowfall I believe, BUT you will still have the Snow on the ground as far as I know.

Hi @McBratty The Winter Scene will appear on December 1st and Cedric the Snowman will be back! (Cedric is my name for him)

And I agree, I would love to make my Avatar Festive! Not sure that would work on mine in here mind.... although he kinda looks like an Elf that The Krampus would love! Maybe if he had a little Bauble Earring... hmmm....

Right, so it's the scrolling arrows on the pop up being small and a possibility of increasing the window so we can see more!

The information on the post is not quite correct, on the browser log-in screen, if you scroll down you can find the links to our social media channels.

From the in-game cogwheel settings (bottom right) if you click onto the question mark (?) you enter the support suite. The ''How can we help?'' section there has a dedicated section for the Forum, including full links, how to register and more click here to head over. Our ''Did you know'' post recently added this to be more pertinent also here, to help visibility as we see not many players read our ''How can we help?'' section.
