When the gifts were added, it was announced that the gift lasts for 6 months time. And we actually did it for a whole year and updated it with other sets in 2018.

And remember, this is not part of your purchase package. This is an additional GIFT which is labeled to only last 6 months.

Lots of people were very worried about the thermal scan scope. It did not break the game since it was implemented right. Same case with this. It will be done right and even better after your follow up feedbacks. Thanks!

As you noticed - we started pre-wipe events. S! Events! So, there will be more stuff just to test it out. So, play freely, do not fear to lose anything. Use loadouts you dreamed about.

We are making preparations for 11.7 and we need more time for this. So its a good opportunity to test rare things ingame as well as to experience different kind of gameplay. Or you can just relax and wait for the new patch and wipe.

We know, that this is confusing newcomers - sorry for that. But, again, this is a good opportunity to get ready for the nearest wipe.

Так что играйте свободно, не бойтесь ничего потерять. Используйте наборы снаряжения, о которых вы мечтали или боялись их использовать.
Мы готовимся к патчу 11.7, и нам нужно больше времени для этого. Так что это хорошая возможность протестировать редкие вещи в игре, а также различные "стили" игрового процесса. Ну, или вы можете просто расслабиться и дождаться нового патча и вайпа.

Мы знаем, что это сбивает с толку новичков - извините за это. Но, опять же, это хорошая возможность подготовиться к ближайшему вайпу.

If your issue is different from being a user error like Strange66 mentioned (please, check first), send in a bug report with your logs attached. You need to use the launcher to do it. And make sure it happens to you first and do the report right after that so that the correct logs are generated. Thanks!
