i have the same issue. I emailed their support and they told me to make sure I dont have then blacklisted in my email software. they said if that didnt fix the problem, to contact your email provider and see if they have noticed anything change with your email settings

I did that as well multiple times with no response back and it's been months while still not being able to play because wireless broadband internet means people will always have spikes above 200 ping, which is when I get kicked off Tarkov. Also how is ping limitations that your company put into the game a game bug? What you are telling me is there is no category for this kind of report so haha get wreck thanks for giving us money for EOD edition you can't play.
About ping limits. We understand the struggle of legit players. That's why we can tell you that this limit is not final - it may change in good way or it could get even lower (right now its 155). Also we are adding new servers in intermediate locations and we will make so called variable region based ping locks - it can make things easier. We will keep you updated
