Ranked Mode Re-enable

Abnormal matchmaking issues have been confirmed to be resolved after Hotfix 0.63.0a.

Ranked games will be re-enabled from 23:05 (PT) after Hotfix 0.63.0b that will take place at 23:00 (PT).

As Ranked was closed for a period of time, three grace points will be given to those eligible for decay demotion.
We deeply apologize for all the troubles.

The 0.62.0c Hotfix is being pushed to servers starting from 11 PM (PT).
The hotfix will require a client update.
Please restart the client to receive the update.

0.63.0a Hotfix

We rolled out a quick update through the matching server, which could have caused a few inconveniences for a couple of minutes and it was applied for games starting after 6:45 AM (PT).

You don't need to restart the client.

[Fixes]
  • Corrected the code that produced the matching with bots when not intended.

This problem has occurred intermittently not only in Ranked, but also in the high elo of Normal, so we will continue to monitor whether the the latter has also been normalized.

Other issues, including frame drops, are currently being worked on.

We will do our best to fix this issues as soon as possible and we are very sorry for the inconveniences caused.

[Currently known issues]

  • An issue where AI Bots would be matchmade in Ranked games
  • An issue where frame drops would happen in-game and in the lobby
  • Priya
  • An issue where fruit from Echoes of the Earth (R) can not be obtained under certain conditions
  • Estelle
  • An issue where Hazard Shield (E) can not be cast when casting Suppression (Q) after dealing damage to a enemy with Forcible Entry(E-E)
  • An issue where the post-cast delay of Suppression (Q) can be canceled with basic attacks (A key or right clicking with mouse)
  • An issue where renewing saved plans to their newest version can not be done in Loadout - Saved Plans

* Fixes for details that were announced incorrectly in the 0.63.0 patch notes.

Echion
  • Crescent Viper (Q)
    • 1st Hit Damage 20/35/50/75/90(+40% Attack Power) → 20/35/50/75/90(+50% Attack Power)
Electric Shock
  • An issue where the details for 'Electric Shock' were announced wrong
  • Grants a stack of Electric Shock every 5 seconds per basic attack. (Maximum 3 times) -> Grants a stack of Electric Shock for 5 seconds per basic attack. (Maximum 2 times)

Stat Information Update
  • An issue where the patch notes included improvements scheduled for Update 0.64
  • Only the icon locations will be fixed in Update 0.63. Colors will be added in Update 0.64.
