[2021] Is the New Update Available On Xbox Gamepass Yet?

Started playing last week when the game made it to game pass, was really excited for the update, got home from work, and now I can't seem to get it to the newest version. I even uninstalled and re-installed the game. Is the update just not on game pass yet?
