[2021] Having major performance issues with new update

I am having major performance issues after the patch, (My Drivers Up to Date). FPS rate dropped significantly, GPU temperature is higher than before (it is around 80C, before it was around 65C) I had to lower display quality but nothing have changed, still having wierd FPS drops and high GPU temperature values. Anyone having similar issues ? Can you advise if there is a solution ?

My PC specs: AMD Ryzen5, 16 GB Ram, GTX 980, Windows10
