I'm playing through the original Everspace and the Karlie quest seems to have an issue. It was fine until I died during the quest that unlocks the wormholes. After that, Karlie's icon no longer appears on the star map, and I haven't seen a single wormhole notification.
Anyone know the solution or a workaround that doesn't involve just starting a new playthrough?
