[2020] 1 vs. 1 head to head factory building?

Is it possible to have two players, hostile to each other, build 2 factories on the same map, competing to launch a rocket? This would be a really cool concept- you could work together to kill biters or share some projects, resources, etc., but you would be competing overall.
