[2020] Help with website key

Hi

I just bought factorio from the website (been a pirate for a while)

I recieved a code to my email and receipt(from humble bundle). When I copy it to the "input upgrade code" i get error "upgrade code not found"

What should I do? Should I contact them at [email protected]?
