I played For Honor for a long time, and I truly enjoy the game not minding all the negatives of it. My PC is a goddamn rusty bucket and I was finding a way to optimize and decrease the graphics to stop experiencing 5-second freezes and regular crashes, after I almost got to the point of great gameplay level, ubis just banned me from For Honor, I would assume for trying to optimize it even though if I remember correctly their code of conduct has nothing against that, and the file modification never fell under unfair advantages or cheating, again, as their code of conduct says. If I remember correctly, Ubisoft allows one appeal of a ban, especially since I bought a new PC and other games work perfectly, and I honestly want to get back to For Honor, but they seem to be silent to my appeals.
Has anyone appealed a ban before, since I really have no idea how to get to them, no phone numbers, requests are ignored, etc?

Sorry to hear about your permanent ban in For Honor! Please bear in mind that we don't encourage file or code modification or use of unauthorised 3rd party software to manipulate the files, even in good faith to make the game playable.

If you believe that your actions didn't break any of the above rules, you can of course appeal the decision by opening a ticket on our Support Site, or reaching out to us in our social media channels, like Facebook or Twitter. Of course, we can't guarantee that the appeal will be successful, but we will definitely take a closer look at your case!
