I have tried to purchase the For Honor Y5S2 Battle Bundle three times now. Being charged for it each time and still I have not received it. The first time I tried to buy it, it kept telling me it wasn't available in my country (Canada). I looked around till I found the Ubisoft Store Canada site and purchased it through there, didn't receive my purchase ingame. I then tried to buy it through the Ubisoft Connect app, same issue. Then the last time was from the ingame overlay, same issue. Having spend $94.05 for nothing, any help on getting some kind of reimbursement for Ubisoft's failure would be appreciated.
