My game crashed often but after a while i noticed it always did this when i performed the specific action of dismanteling a piece of gear on the post-game reward screen instead of in the hero menu. I stopped doing this and instead started dismanteling my gear in the customization menu for the hero and my game hasn't crashed since. Seems more like a bug than a stability issue to me.
