I ran into this issue last night and it's still persisting today.
My rank is neither rising or falling when I'm playing ranked. It's not a visual glitch either, I have checked the roster as well as my stats posted on Tracker.GG after my matches. Closed and Force closed Ubisoft after exiting the game. Fully cycled my PC as well.
Win or lose I'm stuck at G5 0%

Sorry to hear that you've experienced this! It might've been caused by a connectivity blip that caused a slight delay in updating the rank. Can you confirm if your rank has been updated since?

I understand your rank still isn't changing. I agree with Ubi-Auron that a connectivity issues is afoot, and I've not seen any reports of any server issues, so I'd like to invite you to check our connectivity guide. In particular from the guide, in this case, please make sure you're running the launcher and game with administrator rights, you've reset your network hardware, you're on a wired connection, and you've checked for conflicting programs such as firewalls, VPNs, or downloader programs.

Please also check our troubleshooting guide. You've already done the step of power-cycling your PC, which is great. Can you also make sure you've verified the game files, you've got your Windows install fully updated, and you don't have any background programs which could interfere with the game. 

If the issue persists thereafter, please let me know - I'd really like to investigate this further and get it resolved for you 🙂
