Since the update, I have been unable to matchmake for a PC only game in any game mode.

Initially I had the issue of being kicked from a session because it couldn't connect properly to a console player a few hours ago, which resulted in a matchmaking penalty as I was "leaving the session". This occurred several times in a row so I decided to try to play without the setting to see if that would resolve this, however if I disable the crossplay option I have been entirely unable to get into a single game for several hours.

I have reset the router, rebooted both Uplay and the title, rebooted the PC, checked the NAT type (which is green) and still cannot even get into a match at all in either PvE or PvP. I have tried matchmaking with Crossplay since and gotten into games however these lobbies had gameplay issues that caused people to fall through the map and latency issues as have already been reported by others, but I still cannot get a single game without the crossplay option enabled as each attempt I make the timer runs endlessly without finding a match.

Hey @the_h3xman. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. Do you have a screenshot of the error you are getting? Additionally, have you tried all of the troubleshooting listed here?

If you are still having an issue with matchmaking, please let me know so I can get this reported to the devs.

@rasi777125 - I am sorry to hear that you are also encountering issues finding matches. Have you also gone through the connectivity troubleshooting article above which was kindly shared by my colleague? If not could you please do this and let me know if it helps?

I have checked our servers from my end and they seem to be running as intended. I will continue to monitor these and I will let you both know if we have any new developments.

Hey there @THE_H3XMAN, thank you for taking the time to share those images and your further findings. As mentioned in our public article, you are right and this error does mean that there is an issue connecting to the Ubisoft servers. I have checked from my side and I can confirm that all of our services are running as intended. Therefore I would recommend that you continue with your case to ensure that your connection is optimal. I understand that you have stated you do not receive any issues with other titles, but is important to note that each game is unique and requires different ports to be accessed.

@rasi777125 - I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with the PS4. I understand the article shared earlier by my colleague was for PC players. You can find the PlayStation article here. Could you please take your time to go through the steps? These steps can help rule out many of the common causes for connectivity-related issues.

Should you have further questions regarding any of those steps in the article above, or regarding any other issue, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Hey @the_h3xman

Sorry to hear you're still experiencing issues. Cases on our support website automatically close after a few days of inactivity, but it should still be available for you here, or you can create a new one if needed.

You say you can't post or comment, could you tell me where that applies so I can check if anything is going on ?

Like Ubi-Gizmo said, each step of the troubleshooting is important and needs to be followed in order to rule out any issue.
