[2022] Temporary Suspension

Dear Ubisoft, (or whatsoever)

I just have a beautiful letter from you guys wich say "Offense: Toxic behavior"

and this :

We have detected activity on your account which is in breach of our code of conduct. Violations subject to banning include and other behaviors that harm the intended player experience. You are responsible for any activity on your account.

We strongly believe in providing a fair and welcoming environment to everyone, and we don't take this decision lightly. This action was issued after careful review of relevant evidence.

So first, what I really want to know is why exacly? because I dont know , I dont see any evidence..
At least if you guys send me this letter, let me know the member who reported me.. and show me something WHY. Did I say something true? Because I know for some people turth equal pain .
The second thing I want to know, what is this "toxic behavior" exacly?
Where can I find the button in the game? When I select the report player option, I can not see any of these tag "Toxic behavior" ...
Because when I play, I could spend my whole gametime with reporting people one by one.

I think if I'm the one who suffer such consequences like this "suspension" at least I have the rights to know exacly why.. not just an empty computer generated letter what say you've been suspended etc..

So next time If you send me these type of letters, attach some evidence please..  Because in this form to me it's an empty slander, and maybe I should be outraged.
