I started up the new season today and was going to play as Aramusha, but I noticed that the paint partterns that I had on his chest/back and arms were not equipped. When I went looking for them so I could re-equip them, one was locked and I have to do ranked matches to earn it, and the other is no where to be found.

Are you sure you don't own the game on 2 accounts where you may have unlocked them previously? We can help look into this to see if this is a possiblity or look into your account and invesitgate this further, however, we'll need to speak to you on a private channel, so please reach out on one of the options below. If you can find the name of the missing pattern by checking online, that would be beneficial so we can find it on your account and see if it was ever, or is, showing as owned to us.
