[2021] [PS4] [Connectivity/Multiplayer]Permanent Requirements Not Met

I logged in, connected, tried to matchmake & got an error saying my connection to Ubisoft servers was lost. Upon reconnection it does not show my shield for the group area... its all blank... & even though I am solo every game mode says "requirements not met".

I restarted app, restarted playstation, restarted my router, then deleted the game & reinstalled / reupdated.

Still this is happening. Same thing. Loaded in, disconnected from server, requirements not met.

Help??

Hi MrGrippz!

Sorry to hear you getting connection issues along with this error.

This issue has been forwarded to the development team already, who is currently working on fixing it as soon as possible.

In the meantime, can you please try following the steps in this article? I know you have mentioned doing some of the steps already.

Also can you please also try temporarily disabling UPnP on your router as well? If this does not help, please re-enable it.

If the issue does persists, please create a support ticket with images showing your port forwarding and let the team know which ISP you are with.
