Hello, I bought Battle Pass Y6S2 for the for honor on PS5 in PSN store, but Battle Pass is not activated on the game, what should I do?
Please Help Me

If you have purchased a Battle Pass it may take up to 24 hours for this to be activated in your game.

If you have not received this in-game after a 24-hour wait,  we would need to take a look at your account in order to investigate the date the item was purchased/redeemed and if/when they were ever added to your account.

When you contact us please let us know the following so that we can examine your account in greater detail, then we can on our forums > 

- Your Ubisoft username
- Platform username on PSN

- A screenshot of your proof of purchase, from the PS5 console transaction history menu
