I understand you're unable to change the language in For Honor to Russian. I can see that you have opened a support ticket via the Ubisoft Support website. Therefore, in order to investigate this situation further for you, can you please attach an image of the proof of purchase of the game in that support ticket?

Are you attempting to view the receipt in the same storefront from where you purchased the game?
By this I mean, if you purchased the game via the Ubisoft Connect PC client, please look at your purchase history there rather than the Store website.
