I'm not sure if anyone else is having the same issue, but I have been having a constant problem with staying in matches recently. I would load into a game, and then after about 2-3 mins I would disconnect and receive a matchmaking penalty. I would like to see if other people are having the same problem due to the fact that this has made the game completely unplayable for me.

Thank you for the update and I'm really sorry to hear about your experience.

I understand that disconnecting might be frustrating. I personally tested the game to check if there are any issues with matchmaking at the moment and I also checked for any reported ongoing issues, however, I wasn't able to reproduce disconnections, I'm afraid.

Can you please confirm if you performed the steps I provided, by any chance?

Sorry to hear you feel this way. I can assure you that our dev team is constantly working to improve the matchmaking experience and fix connectivity issues, however due to their nature and many points on which something can go wrong (our servers, ISP, or the player's machine), it is very difficult to provide an immediate fix for those, although I understand it is frustrating to just suddenly see them popping up after everything seemed to be working fine before.

Because of this, it is crucial for us to ensure that all the troubleshooting steps have been completed on the user's end as well, just as our devs are always checking if the servers are healthy 🙂

Hey there @Psych0_Trauma , thanks for coming back to us with your thoughts on this.

We have a great many methods of automatically detecting degredation with our games, and we look for reporting trends from our players as well. I'm confident that our teams are indeed checking server stability on an ongoing basis.

For the vast majority of issues, our troubleshooting steps have been shown to be effective solutions. However, even in those cases where they do not solve the issue, they still help with diagnosing the issue - apart from giving us the same baseline when comparing the experiences of different users, we can in some cases use the results of the troubleshooting to further our investigations.

Please let me know if I can further clarify this at all!
