Please help, Ubisoft. Everytime I start a game in For Honor, it crashes and kicks me out of the game. It's been this way for the past 3-4 months. At first, it wasn't that big of a deal because I was busy with the semester. Now, however, when I feel like playing one of my favorite games, I can't and it's disheartening!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled *several* times, and the newest patch has been downloaded. There is no error report or xbox notification when it crashes, I'm simply sent back to the home screen. Please Help!!! If there is anything I can do, such as sending a video of the crash through Xbox DVR or with my camera, please let me know. But I no longer have any hope of just waiting this out, or solving it on my own. I've been a fan since I participated in the alpha and For Honor has been the only multiplayer game I consistently enjoy throughout the years gone! Thank you and I hope to hear from someone.

Hey MullatoPenguins, I am very sorry to hear this has been an ongoing issue for you in For Honor. If you have already exhausted every step from our Xbox Troubleshooting Guide here, could you tell us if you are running For Honor on a physical or digital copy of the game?

Sorry to hear this, MullatoPenguins. Could you tell me if you encounter the same behavior with For Honor during random moments in-game? Or have they been consistent during certain actions in-game or in any menus?

I'm sorry to hear this! We did have reports of similar crashes a few years back, however the developers were unable to reproduce the issue. Could you please provide a link to a video in this thread? Could you also let me know which type of Xbox One you have, and does the crash happen at the exact point every time?

When received I'll get this issue reopened for investigation.
