hi, April 29th, 2021, since the end of January of this year i haven't gotten any loot drops after matches unless i have a VPN on, i live in Iran currently and my only choice is playing with 150 Latency thanks to this. no XP, no gear, unless it's with a VPN. i've contacted supported at least 5 times and the only response i get is "this issue is being worked on", as a person familiar with software engineering and server-maintenance i assure you it would not take this long to fix an issue like this. i don't mean to be rude or make an accusation, but if this is intentional since it did not exist prior to October of last year, the fact that it wasn't informed before purchase, or after being implemented; and has not yet been fixed. it violates customer service.

please get this problem fixed, it's been here for 7 months, and that's not okay. thank you

For regulatory reasons beyond Ubisoft’s control, For Honor rewards and other Live services are not available in countries such as Iran, Cuba, Myanmar, Syria, Sudan, North Korea and Crimea. Ubisoft will continue to closely monitor any evolution of the applicable regulations to ensure both our compliance and ability to offer our games in your country whenever possible.
