[2022] Faction Rewards Missing.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received some faction rewards. Could you just clarify which challenges they were from and provide a screenshot of those?

When doing so, could you please include the following details;

• The Event(s) you participated in
• What Faction you're part of
• Date / Time of the occurrence / When you completed the Challenges
• Game Mode(s) you played
• Were you playing Solo or with a Party

We'll then be able to escalate your case to the game team who will use this information to investigate further.
