Good afternoon. Since the new Halloween collab update is out, I wanted to start For Honor in order to try it out. However, the game gets stuck in the connection routine that comes after the "press any key" screen and then crashes, effectively rendering me unable to play. I have sent the automatic error report as Ubisoft Connect suggested, but I decided to post a thread here in order to keep track of any updates on it. Unfortunately I have found no logs in the game folder mentioning any crashes, nor any logs at all. That's concerning.

Please address this issue as soon as possible.

Hi @TheDragShot @BobiThePriest @Moodswinger @MechaG2 @dvorezkiy @Mojib_ and welcome to the forums.

I'm sorry to hear that you are all experiencing crashes with For Honor.

If you haven't already could you please go through the PC troubleshooting and connectivity troubleshooting then try again.

However if the issue persists, could you please submit a support ticket and attach your system files, dxdiag and msinfo and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.

@TheDragShot @BobiThePriest @Dvorezkiy @MechaG2 @Mojib_ @Moodswinger @Skrzymir We have received other reports from players on the Steam forum who are on Windows 7 experiencing crashes since the latest update, therefore I have reported this to the development team to investigate.

Can you all please confirm if you are using Windows 7.
