hi.
I have a strange problem since I play for honor on xbox seriesX. I can play multiplayer games normally in all modes, but after the game I do not receive experience points or equipment. Progress in story mode works normally, I only have a problem in multiplayer. Additionally, "Faction Wars" does not work.

I want to assure you that our development team is aware of issues related to connectivity, and they are currently hard at work looking into it. Further updates regarding this can be found here.

If you check that link for updates later, and it states we've resolved the issues on our end but you're still experiencing issues with our servers, then the issue will likely be on your end. If that's the case, I would recommend you run through our connectivity troubleshooting in this article and ensure you have completed all the steps. These steps can help rule out many of the common causes for connectivity-related issues.

Please understand that when it comes to connectivity based issues, there are a variety of causes that need to be taken into account.

In the instance of your friends, you're all using different consoles and different networks, so we then need to go through various troubleshooting steps to help us rule out any potential local causes that may be impacting your connection to the game's servers.

These steps are key in allowing us to both rule out certain causes, but also in allowing us to gather more information about your setup, which is then key for the team to be able to investigate your issue further.

Could you please let us know if you were able to complete the steps provided by @Ubi-Gizmo ?
