Hello me and my girlfriend are trying to play for honor on Xbox but she can’t.

We are in the same house and she can’t even play the game on her xbox ss

1- she can barely get into the game because 65% of the time she get an error

2- when she’s in the game she can’t invite anybody, basically when she press Y to see her friends there is a warning sign (⚠️) and when she goes on somebody’s profile there a Lock on pretty much every option

3- she can’t join anyone either cause when she accept our invite it tells her : impossible to join please try again later

4- every time she’s try to start a game even against ai and without matchmaking she get an error

When we use her account on my series X everything works fine but every accounts on her series S doesn’t work.. Our internet is good and our NAT is Open and every other games work fine on her series S.

What I’ve tried so far : hard resets her series S , unplugged it , uninstalled/reinstalled the game , unplugged our internet and still nothing.. the only way she managed to play it on her console was with Cloud Gaming

She got the game on Gamepass and yes her Xbox Gold + Gamepass is still active

as anyone ad this happened to them ?

Need help

Hey @TemperedStar7,

I’m sorry to hear your girlfriend is having so much trouble playing For Honor with you. And thank you for letting me know the troubleshooting you’ve already tried on your own.

- Can you share the errors or an image of the errors she’s running into along with the one showing the warning sign? Is the first error happening immediately upon launching the game?
- Are these errors all the same or is she seeing different ones at different points?
- Are you doing any kind of game sharing?
- Are you both connecting to the same network?

Thank you in advance!

Thanks for getting back to us @TemperedStar7 !

If you haven't done so already, please could you ensure all of the steps in our connectivity guide have been completed?

So we can rule these out as any potential causes?

If you could please also try connecting her console to another network, such as a mobile hotspot, while keeping your Xbox connected to the original network to see if you're then able to connect too?

Please let us know how you get on!
