For a period of a month players on console playing offline recieved NO rewards for the ENTIRE halloween event. So far there has been ZERO response to this or any news on compensation. Its been 2 months and we're still waiting for compensation.

If compensation is to be made available to players, this will be shared on our official platforms and via notifications in-game. I recommend that you keep an eye out for further news and information.

Regarding compensation being given for issues, this isn't something that our Support team has visibility on as this decision is made by the dev team themselves and is awarded to all affected players simultaneously.
