Here, I did some QA:

Not sure how you log bugs or what tracker you use, but you should be able to pretty much copy/paste this.

1. [Bug] Visual/Customization - Kensei Chest Armor
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Severity: Low (Visual Only/Not Game Breaking)
Found On: Xbox One X (retail model)
Steps:
-log into game
-enter barracks from any menu
-navigate to Kensei
-ensure Kensei is set to female body
-either change armor or use 'change look' for chest armor slot
-navigate to new Kenka Chest
Result: Chest looks too large/May be using mesh for male body
Expected Result: See a female-sized Kenka Chest of similar proportions to other female Kensei Chest Armor

2. [Bug] Visual/Physics - Lawbringer Chest Armor
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Severity: Low (Visual Only/Not Game Breaking)
Found On: Xbox One X (retail model)
Steps:
-log into game
-enter barracks from any menu
-navigate to Lawbringer
-either change armor or use 'change look' for chest armor slot
-navigate to new Ecflouri Chest
Result: Scale mail skirts have no physics
Expected Result: See movement in scale mail skirts

3. [Bug] Visual/Customization - Warmonger Chest Armor
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Severity: Low (Visual Only/Not Game Breaking)
Found On: Xbox One X (retail model)
Steps:
-log into game
-enter barracks from any menu
-navigate to Warmonger
-either change armor or use 'change look' for chest armor slot
-navigate to new Confulgeo Chest
Result: Confulgeo Chest is a duplicated mesh and texture of existing Horkos Tyrannos Chest.
Expected Result: Confulgeo Chest is a different mesh and texture from Horkos Tyrannos Chest.

These are the only issues I have found in the customization options, and I basically smoke tested all of them.
