@Carlos_G_520 It is possible to get to level 10 if you plan ahead well and know how to spend your pots of gold. For example, you do not have to upgrade all your managers in every town to maximum level. Use that extra gold to manage a new town. Hope that helps!

@librarytalker Unfortunately, this is the challenge in the game, you may need to strategise to get them, for quests or tasks that require you to use the goods besides the campaigns, tech, also negotiation that require the goods, otherwise, you'll need to pay a premium to obtain them.
@librarytalker Goods can only be produced or traded, while Gold & Supplies have their dedicated usage.
